Please refer to the contract for complete booth pricing information. There will be a $200 premium added to the booth fee for a 10 ft. x 10 ft. corner booth. There will be a $100 premium added to the booth fee for booths larger than 10 ft. x 20 ft. for EACH corner requested. Island booths include 4 corners. End-cap booths will only be assigned to spaces larger than 20 ft. x 20 ft. and must abide by the height restrictions.

Applications received on or after February 10, 2012 must include the total amount due. Make checks payable to: Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS or GMAR.
Priority booth placement will be given in the order the contracts are received. Applications and contracts for exhibit space will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS reserves the right to make changes when necessary. Exhibit space will not be held without a deposit. Final booth confirmation will be sent with your Information Packet in February.

The Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS has established rules and regulations regarding height restrictions and booth design. All booths must have some type of flooring in their space. If you do not have flooring in your space by 8 AM of the show’s opening day, the decorator will be instructed by show management to place carpeting in your booth and you will be billed accordingly (for appropriate carpet size as well as labor costs if your display needs to be moved in order to place the carpeting). Your exhibit display cannot exceed the 3 foot height limitation within the first 5 feet into your exhibit space from the aisle. If you need a variance on the height restriction, please refer to the contract for exhibit space and check the box as noted. End cap booths will only be assigned to spaces larger than 20 ft. x 20 ft. and must abide by the height restrictions.
In consideration for the use of such space, the exhibitor shall pay to the Association those sums shown on the face of the contract. In the event exhibitor wishes to cancel the contract, said cancellation must be received in writing at GMAR, 12300 West Center St, Wauwatosa, WI 53222, on or before January 1, 2012. Any cancellation notices received prior to January 1, 2012 will be assessed a $250 administration processing fee. Said fee shall be withheld from funds on deposit, per the terms and conditions of the contract. Any remaining funds will be returned to exhibitor within a reasonable period of time. No refunds on any cancellations after January 1, 2012. Exhibitor shall still be liable for the full amount of the contract as shown on the face of said contract.
Proof of liability insurance is required for all exhibitors. See details on reverse side of the Application Form under "Exposition Rules and Regulations - #6". Your certificate should list the certificate holder as "Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS Home & Garden Show". Completed form should be either mailed to GMAR, 12300 West Center Street, Wauwatosa, WI 53222 or faxed to (414)778-4920.
Upon space confirmation, a packet containing information on renting carpet, furniture, plants, electricity, water, etc. will be emailed. Downloadable forms for ordering carpet, tables, forklift services, etc from Valley Expo and electrical, water, and other services from Wisc. Expo Center will be available by early December.
