The 2010 REALTORS Home & Garden Show runs Friday, March 19–Sunday, March 28. The show will be closed Monday, March 22 & Tuesday, March 23.

Admission

Regular admission is $8 for adults and free for children 12 and under.

A Sampling of Attractions

  • The REALTORS Home & Garden Show features more than 10,000 square feet of garden, nursery, landscaping, sculpture and fountain displays from the area's top professionals.
  • Back by popular demand, Mad Dog and Merrill, the grilling buddies, will heat up the Cooking Stage multiple times every day of the show’s nine-day run. Using only a grill, the duo can whip up everything from tasty appetizers to satisfying entrées to exotic desserts.
  • The Eco Living area will showcase environmentally friendly landscape elements and concepts, such as rain water harvesting, rain gardens, green roofs, composting, urban gardening and more.
  • The Channel 10 Great TV Auction will host a preview of art, antiques and collectibles that will be available for bid during the televised auction which airs April 23 – May 1.
  • Also on display and available for bid will be quilt entries from the “Quilting is Art” contest. Anyone interested in submitting a quilt entry should visit mptv.org or call 262-781-4998.
  • Antique Alley will feature interesting items from antique dealers throughout the area.
  • Daily seminars, demonstrations and question-and-answer sessions at the Solutions Stage cover the latest home and garden topics and trends. Throughout the day, attendees can learn tips and helpful hints from area experts.
  • Enjoy daily cooking demonstrations by experienced chefs as they share their cooking pointers, easily duplicated recipes and so much more at the Outdoor Cooking Patio.
  • The Friends of Boerner Botanical Gardens will host a variety of children’s activities, including a scavenger hunt and story hours.
  • The Garden Market provides visitors a “boutique” shopping experience, as vendors offer the newest concepts in garden ornaments and décor items, tools, pottery, plants and more.
