The MPTV Friends of Channel 10/36 will present antiques and art in the lobby space surrounding the exhibit hall of the Wisconsin Expo Center at State Fair Park. The assimilation of antiques and art into home and gardens continues to be a proven formula for decorators. The MPTV Friends are also promoting items which will be sold at the Great TV Auction. Verbal Appraisals of Fine Antiques
SATURDAY, MARCH 29TH, 10:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.
Six representatives of Leslie Hindman Auctioneers, one of the country’s most notable auction houses, will offer verbal appraisals of fine antiques from 10:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday, March 29th. The categories include fine art, furniture, decorative arts, fine books and manuscripts. Verbal appraisals will be limited to two per person and require a separate ticket for each appraisal. Tickets will be sold starting at 9:30am on March 29th. Only 800 tickets will be sold. Tickets cost $10 each. Admission to the Home & Garden show requires a separate ticket.

Ralph and Terry Kovel write a syndicated column on antiques in more then 150 newspapers nationwide, including the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Many of their programs have been shown on over 100 public television stations, the Discovery Channel and HGTV.
