IMPORTANT REMINDER ABOUT CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:  When submitting you contract, GMAR requires that your business submits a Certificate of Insurance via email to or via fax to (414)778-4920 per the details outlined in the 2019 Contract for Exhibit Space Rules and Regulations document under Section #6, items a-c for Liability and Insurance.  PLEASE NOTE:  Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS (GMAR), 12300 W. Center Street, Milwaukee, WI 53222, MUST BE LISTED as certificate holder, as well as an additionally insured under your general liability form/policy.
