Sponsoring the REALTORS Home & Garden Show not only maximizes your company’s visibility among Show exhibitors and attendees, but it offers a more rewarding experience to all with a presence at the event.
The Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS strictly adheres to a First Right of Refusal process for all companies who have supported particular event services the previous year. This means that the previous year’s supporters are given the option of continuing support of the same item at next year’s Show before sponsorship of that item would be offered to another company. Because some items cannot be incorporated into the Show without support, it is necessary to confirm funding at the earliest possible date in order to stay ahead of planning schedules and promotional items, including digital and print advertising, television and radio promotions, etc. The previous year’s sponsors, therefore, have until September 1, of the calendar year prior to the year of the Show (for example, confirmed supporters of the 2019 Show have until September 1, 2019 to secure sponsorship of the same item/service for the 2020 Show).
Recognition of Show sponsors takes place in a variety of promotional materials associated with the Home & Garden Show, including but not limited to REALTORS Home & Garden Show website • Official Show Guide magazine or tabloid sized insert into publications such as Milwaukee Journal Sentinel or Milwaukee Magazine prior to Show opening date • Signage or banner stands on-site •
All graphics for sponsorship opportunities are due to GMAR via e-mail (email@example.com) no later than February 1, 2020, unless otherwise specified in your company’s sponsorship or trade agreement. Any graphics not received by this date may be subject to a late fee.
